YOU DIDN’T GET INTO REAL ESTATE TO BUILD A BUSINESS THAT OWNS YOU.

You wanted freedom. More time. More income. More control over your life.

But somewhere between chasing leads, following up, marketing, managing transactions, serving clients and trying to figure out what to do next, the business you built can start demanding more from you than you ever expected.

I know, because that’s exactly what I wanted to change in mine.

I didn’t join CoFounders because I needed another brokerage.

I joined because I wanted to build a business that could grow without requiring more and more of me to keep it alive.

And if you’ve been wondering whether there’s a better way to build yours, I want to show you what I found.

Real Agents & Coaching Clients • 1,000+ Transactions • $2B+ YTD Volume

I’ve experienced this business from several sides: sales, investing, mortgage lending, working with buyers and sellers, and building Kory White Real Estate Group.

When I returned to the REALTOR® side of the business in Texas in 2019, I knew how to sell real estate. But as KWREG grew, I started asking a different question:

How do I build a real business around the production without becoming a slave to the business I created?

I wasn’t looking for another logo. I wasn’t looking for another CRM, another training library, or another brokerage promising me more tools I’d have to figure out how to implement myself.

I wanted infrastructure.

I wanted better systems. People who could help implement them. Coaching tied to actual execution. Support for the backend of my business. Better lead conversion. Accountability. Technology. Marketing. And eventually, a way to help other agents build alongside me without me having to personally create every piece of the platform.

That’s what caught my attention about CoFounders.

I didn’t make the move because I wanted to start over. I made it because I wanted to build KWREG bigger without having to build everything behind it alone.

You can be a successful agent and still feel like you’re rebuilding your business every month.

You generate the leads. You make the calls. You follow up. You manage the CRM. You create the marketing. You chase transactions. You work the database. You post on social media. You prospect. You go on appointments.

Then you close a few deals, get busy serving those clients, and suddenly the activities that created those clients slow down.

That’s the cycle I wanted to break.

The answer isn’t necessarily working harder. And it isn’t automatically hiring a bunch of people either.

It’s building a business where the right people, systems, technology, training and accountability support what you’re already good at.

That’s what made me look differently at CoFounders.

It wasn’t just a conversation about selling more real estate. It was a conversation about building a business capable of growing without everything depending on me.

Growth eventually becomes limited by your time. You can generate more leads and close more transactions, but if you’re still personally responsible for follow-up, marketing, database management, systems and day-to-day execution, more production can simply create more work. The goal is to build leverage around the agent, not just add more to the agent’s plate.

Not necessarily. That’s one of the things that caught my attention about CoFounders. Instead of requiring me to independently hire, train and manage every person or build every system from scratch, I could plug into existing coaching, implementation, technology, VA support and operational resources while continuing to build my own business and brand.

They weren’t simply showing me another brokerage or giving me another library of training videos. I saw an infrastructure designed to help agents implement what they’re being taught. Coaching, accountability, systems, technology, marketing and leverage are connected instead of operating as separate pieces.

That was the difference I was looking for.

Most agents already have access to more software, training videos, scripts and information than they’ll ever use.

The problem isn’t access. It’s execution.

CoFounders brings coaching, implementation, people, technology and business-building resources together in one ecosystem. Instead of simply telling agents what they should be doing, the focus is helping them get better at the activities that create business and build the infrastructure that supports it.

You still have to make the calls. Build the relationships. Go on the appointments. Serve your clients. Lead your business.

You just don’t have to figure out everything surrounding those things by yourself.

LIVE SALES COACHING

DON’T PRACTICE ON YOUR NEXT CLIENT.

Real estate is a conversation business. Knowing the contract means nothing if you freeze when a seller says, “Another agent will do it for less.”
CoFounders puts you in live training and role-play through Breakfast Club, Conversion Training and scenario workshops, not another video library.
The goal: The real conversation shouldn’t be the first time you’ve had it.
You get: Live Role Play • Prospecting • Objection Handling • Appointment Setting

BUYER + LISTING PRESENTATION MASTERY

YOU GOT THE APPOINTMENT. NOW WHAT?

Getting the meeting and earning the business are 2 different skills.
CoFounders trains you to structure the conversation, ask better questions, uncover motivation and explain your value with confidence.
Real-world example: You’re up against 2 other agents. Instead of leading with a CMA, you walk in ready to lead the conversation.
You get: Buyer Consultations • Listing Presentations • Value Proposition • Appointment Conversion

CRM + DATABASE SUPPORT

YOUR NEXT CLIENT MAY ALREADY KNOW YOU.

Past clients. Open house visitors. Old leads. Friends. Referrals. Most agents have them scattered across a phone, email and a CRM nobody touches.
Having a CRM isn’t the same as having a database strategy. CoFounders helps you organize your contacts and build follow-up you’ll actually use.
You get: CRM Organization • Database Strategy • Pipeline Structure • Sphere + Past Client Nurture

LEAD CONVERSION + FOLLOW-UP

A LEAD ISN’T A CLIENT.

Getting a name and number is only the beginning. What happens next decides whether it becomes business.
CoFounders helps you build the process between lead generated and appointment booked.
Instead of: Lead comes in → 1 call → no answer → lead disappears.
You build: Lead comes in → conversation → follow-up continues → appointment gets set.
You get: Lead Response • Follow-Up Systems • Conversion Training • Pipeline Management

When production increases, something interesting happens.

You don’t just get more closings.

You get more follow-up. More database management. More marketing. More administration. More technology. More people to manage. More opportunities to lose track of.

Eventually, simply becoming a better salesperson isn’t enough.

You have to start building the business around the salesperson.

That’s where CoFounders becomes more than coaching.

The next 4 pieces are about leverage, execution and infrastructure.

VA TRAINING + SUPPORT

HIRING HELP DOESN’T AUTOMATICALLY CREATE LEVERAGE.

Plenty of agents hire a VA, then spend Monday morning wondering what to hand off.
CoFounders helps you train your VA and build the systems around what they’re expected to do, so the work actually moves your business forward.
It’s creating productive leverage.
You get: VA Training • Role Structure • Delegation • Accountability

GRAPHIC DESIGN + CREATIVE SUPPORT

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE YOUR OWN GRAPHIC DESIGNER TOO.

New listing, open house, social post, presentation. Every week needs something created.
Inside CoFounders, you get access to an actual graphics person who helps create marketing assets for your business, not just another template library.
You get: Graphic Designer Access • Social Graphics • Campaign Creative • Brand Support

COFOUNDERS-EXCLUSIVE AI

WHAT IF YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT IS ALREADY SITTING INSIDE YOUR CRM?

Agents spend thousands generating leads, then let hundreds go cold.
A CoFounders member built an AI tool that re-engages dormant contacts and moves qualified conversations toward real appointments. One agent reported 100 booked appointments, not 100 leads.
It’s exclusive to CoFounders.
You get: Exclusive AI • CRM Integration • Database Reactivation • Appointment Setting
Individual reported result. Results vary.

BUSINESS BUILDING + ACCESS

WHEN YOU DON’T KNOW THE NEXT MOVE, YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO TAKE THE PROBLEM.

Who should I hire? Why isn’t this converting? How do I know if I’m profitable?
Through Builders Club, Profit Engine, Agent Support calls and coaching, you’re surrounded by agents and leaders who’ve already worked through those same questions.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
You get: Business Strategy • Profitability • Leadership • Community

BUILD MORE. CARRY LESS.

MORE TIME DOING WHAT MAKES YOU MONEY

Spend more time having conversations, meeting clients, negotiating and closing, and less time buried in the backend of your business.

STOP BUILDING EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH

Systems, technology, marketing, training and support shouldn’t be another full-time job. Start with infrastructure already designed to help you execute.

ACCOUNTABILITY THAT TURNS IDEAS INTO ACTION

Knowing what to do isn’t usually the problem. Consistently doing it is. Coaching, implementation and accountability help close that gap.

THIS WAS THE DIFFERENCE FOR ME, COULD IT BE THE SAME FOR YOU?

I DIDN’T WANT TO ESCAPE HARD WORK.

I WANTED MY HARD WORK TO BUILD SOMETHING.

If I stop making the calls, following up, managing the systems, solving the problems and pushing everything forward… what keeps moving?

That’s when I realized I didn’t need another tool. I needed leverage.

I wanted people, systems, coaching, technology and accountability around my business so the work I was already doing could compound into something bigger.

That’s what made CoFounders different to me.

This isn’t about removing the agent from the business.

You still have to make the calls. Build the relationships. Go on the appointments. Serve your clients. Lead.

The difference is, you don’t have to build everything behind you by yourself.

“CoFounders gave me something I did not realize I was missing, which was stronger structure around the team I was already trying to build. The training, accountability, conversations, and access to people who understand team growth made me feel like I did not have to figure everything out on my own. Kory and Kia were the ones who really helped connect the dots for me. Kory understood the opportunities I had in front of me, especially around new construction and growing a team, and Kia helped me see how the CoFounders environment could actually support that growth. Neither conversation felt like a sales pitch. It felt like two people who understood what I was trying to build and wanted to show me something that could make it stronger. What stood out to me most was that I could keep building my own team and brand while having a much stronger backend behind me, and that gave me more confidence in where I am going.”

“I’ve been in real estate since 2003, so I wasn’t looking for another place to teach me how to sell houses. I was looking for a better way to build the business behind the production. What impressed me about CoFounders is that the support goes beyond coaching. They’ve helped train my agents and VAs, given me access to marketing and implementation support, consistent sales training, accountability, technology, and systems I didn’t have to build from scratch. The biggest difference for me is I don’t feel like I have to figure everything out alone anymore. I can still build my own brand and lead my business my way, but now there’s infrastructure behind me. I didn’t join because I needed another brokerage. I joined because I wanted a better way to build.”

“I stopped thinking like an agent and started building like a company. That was the shift. Selling more houses doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve built a bigger business. Sometimes it just means you’ve created a bigger job for yourself. Agents think about the next lead, the next appointment, and the next closing. Companies build systems, processes, training, accountability, technology, and support that allow the business to operate without the owner having to personally touch everything. I’m still an agent, I still sell, and I still serve my clients, but I’m not trying to build a better job for myself anymore. I’m building something that can grow beyond me.”

“The biggest things for me have been the training, community, and accountability.

The training has helped me feel much more confident talking with buyers and sellers. Having a clear structure for my calls has been huge, especially because when I was learning, there were so many changes happening that I was always worried about messing something up. It could honestly feel overwhelming.

The community, both online and in person, made me realize I wasn’t alone in figuring all of this out. And the accountability has been good for me too. Sometimes I need that extra push, and it works.

….I know I’m better at this now, I feel a lot more confident continuing to learn and grow.”

“I have the ability to create more business on demand now. Instead of running around in circles, I can make 5 to 10 strategic phone calls, have better conversations, and create a new client opportunity. I’m more intentional with my calls and in-person meetings, and I get to surround myself with high performers from all over the country every day. The biggest part is that none of this is costing me more than what I was already spending before I had this kind of support. That’s huge, because I get calls every day from people trying to sell me leads, systems, or the next thing that’s supposed to grow my business, and most of it is fluff. This isn’t. I honestly wish I had this 10 years ago, and I’m excited to see where my business is 12 months from now. I joined this group specifically for the market we’re in right now and where I believe it’s heading”
